iLimos.pl Terms & Conditions
GENERAL PROVISIONS
The iLimos.pl website is owned by Custom Services Rafał Czuba, address of the main office: ul. Szczawnicka 13a, 92-102 Łódź, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 728-255-79-28, REGON: 384602796, registered in the Central Register and Information on Business Activity, e-mail address: info@ilimos.pl, hereinafter referred to as „iLimos.pl”, who is also the Service Provider.
iLimos.pl reserves the right to make changes to these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Modified Terms & Conditions are in force from the moment they are posted on the iLimos.pl website.
These Terms & Conditions may be also modified between iLimos.pl and the third party under the special agreement that has to have a written form and contain clearly expressed will of both parties and be signed by them. All the other forms of deviations from these Terms & Conditions (like for example e-mails, text messages, etc) will be rejected.
Anyone visiting iLimos.pl website or anyone using iLimos.pl’s services or taking any actions involving in any way, even passively, iLimos.pl, as a whole, is classified as a User, hereinafter „User”, and acknowledges the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which both can be found on iLimos.pl website.
PAYMENT & CONTRACT CONCLUSION
There are a few ways to conclude a contract for organising chauffeured limousine service with iLimos.pl. It might be done by any means of distance communication, especially by our Booking Form called „Reservations” on the top of iLimos.pl website, or in person in any of the authorised branches of iLimos.pl.
The contract is understood as concluded from the moment when the User receives an e-mail or SMS confirmation stating that the booking has been confirmed („Booking Confirmation”). It is only possible if the preauthorisation on the User’s credit or debit card has been made. Any contact regarding any of the limousine services iLimos.pl provides, depending on a character of the contact, is understood as a „Booking Request” confirming that the User is willing to conclude a contract with iLimos.pl or just a quotation regarding for example the pricing or the availability. It is the User’s responsibility to provide during the booking process all the necessary and accurate information, which is adequate to the steps taken.
When using a Booking Form, after the Booking Request has been received, iLimos.pl sends an automated mail confirming the reception of the Booking Request. Any message confirming that iLimos.pl has received a Booking Request does not mean a Booking Confirmation. Booking Confirmation is sent separately and only the Booking Confirmation means that the contract has been concluded.
Unless the service is not prepaid to the full, then iLimos.pl always requires User’s credit or debit card information, which is necessary in order to make preauthorization and then confirm the booking. The preauthorization must be understood as a guarantee. In such a case payment is made after the service has been provided. User may pay: credit card, bank transfer or cash. The payment might be also required in the case of no-show, late cancellation (check our no-show and cancellation policy) or the booking change like for example: any fees, tolls, etc. that are not included in the service, route deviations (on User’s request), extra waiting time, etc. Each and every change shall be earlier and directly notified by sending an e-mail to info@ilimos.pl.
Prices for limousine hire include bilingual chauffeur, insurance and fuel. The prices do not include parking fees, motorway tolls, entrance ticket costs, possible accommodation and meals for the driver outside of Warsaw, Cracow and VAT tax (8%). During the night hours (22:00-6:00) and on public holidays a 20% surcharge on the above prices applies.
The price that is to be paid by the User is the price on the basis of prices given at the section „Limousines” on our website at the time of sending a Booking Request.
iLimos.pl ensures the User that all of its employees and subcontractors are endeavor to provide our services punctually, however, the User cannot claim any damages if the service has not been provided punctually, but the delay was caused by the circumstances that are out of iLimos.pl’s or its representatives control. The great example would be strikes or unexpected change of weather conditions, accidents or any actions of the authorities like for example situation when the police closes the road, etc.
GENERAL PROVISIONS REGARDING A BOOKING FORM
The Booking Form calculates the total cost of the limousine hire on the basis of assumption that the limousine’s depot is Warsaw. Sometimes, however, it is economically reasonable to send a limousine from a different depot, for example from Cracow. It might mean that then the total price for the service will be lower. In such a case, if iLimos.pl has received a Booking Request containing all the neccessary details of the User’s Credit or Debit Card, iLimos.pl will preauthorise the lower amount.
In case of a potential situation when the Booking Form shows the price which does not correspond to the prices that are in force at the moment when a Booking Request is sent, and the price given in the Booking Form is lower than it should, iLimos.pl will not proceed with the booking, meaning also that it will not make preauthorisation, unless the User clearly expresses the will and accepts a different, higher than in a Booking Form price.
TRANSFER & HOURLY SERVICE DEFINITIONS
The User may choose between transfer and hourly bookings for their Booking Request. In case of any change at the moment when the booking is carried out, we will put strong effort into fulfilling the User’s wish, however it is a subject to the availability. . The extra service provided may result in additional costs.
In the case of transfer services the price quoted is valid for a start and destination address. A surcharge may occur for example when the route is changed, when extra waiting time or additional stopover on the previously booked route is requested by the User. In case of in-town transfers, there is a free pickup waiting time included. It is 1 hour of free pickup waiting time till the moment of meeting the passenger when it is the airport that is a pickup point. In all the other pickup points there is a 15 minute free pickup waiting time. In town transfers have to begin and finish at the same municipal area.
As far as the hourly service bookings are concerned, the service must always end in the municipal area of the pickup location. An hourly service booking begins at the pickup time that has been formerly confirmed during the Booking Request.
The current price list does not apply to wedding Bookings. The cost of such services is calculated separately after o thorough examination of the needs of our Guests
VEHICLE SEGMENTS & UPGRADES
There are a few vehicle classes among which the User may choose. These are:
1. Economy Class
2. Business Class
3. First Class
4. Exquisite Class
5. First Class SUV
6. First Class MPV
7. First Class Minibus
The vehicles presented by iLimos.pl are real cars that are in our fleet, however the pictures have an informative exemplary character, because some minor changes may occur. These are f.e.: rim models (we often use different rim models with winter tires), upholstery colour, built-in car equipment. This might be different especially according to the region where we provide our services.
According to the availability we might upgrade a vehicle class with no prior notice and with no surcharge. Please find below which segments might be upgraded with which vehicle classes:
-Economy Class might be upgraded with: Business Class, First Class, Exquisite Class, First Class SUV and First Class MPV;
-Business Class might be upgraded with: First Class, Exquisite Class, First Class SUV and First Class MPV;
-First Class might be upgraded with: Exquisite Class;
-First Class MPV might be upgraded with the First Class SUV but only if the number of passengers given during the Booking does not exceed the number of passenger seats. There are 5-, 6- and 7-passenger versions of V-Class available. We reserve the right to provide the User with a randomly selected vehicle in case it has not been stated by the User whether the 5-, 6- or 7-passenger version is prefered. If the information given by the User during the Booking states only that there will be up to some number of passengers with no clear statement which V-Class version is requested, we might provide the User with a version that has the same or higher number of passenger seats.
-First Class Minibus might be upgraded with the number of First Class MPV vehicles which together have at least the number of passenger seats corresponding to the number of passenger seats in a booked First Class Minibus. There are 17-passenger and 19-passenger versions of First Class Minibuses in our offer. We reserve the right to provide the User with a randomly selected vehicle in case it has not been stated by the User whether the 17- or 19-passenger version is prefered. If the information given by the User during the Booking states only that there will be up to 17 passengers with no clear statement that the User requests 17-passenger version, we might upgrade it to the 19-passenger version.
PASSENGERS, LUGGAGE, BEHAVIOUR IN THE VEHICLE
The maximum number of guests who may be transported in a selected limousine, is clearly stated in our „Limousines” tab and because of the safety regulations we will always decline to transport more people than the legal car’s capacity. As far as the number of pieces of luggage is concerned, it is stated next to hte number of passengers, however it has only an estimated character, which should be understood that this information is not legally binding. Therefore, an iLimos.pl chauffeur may refuse to load the luggage, whichd could cause any hazard to passengers, the driver or any damages to the vehicle.
The price that is confirmed in the Booking Confirmation includes the number of pieces of luggage specified on our website or Online Booking form. By one piece of luggage we understand a mid-size suitcase. The chauffeur may refuse to load a car with excess baggage or the baggage that has a non-standard dimensions or shape if it could cause any hazard to passengers, the driver or any damages to the vehicle. In such a situation iLimos.pl will make an effort to find the best possible solution in consultation with the User. This, however, may result in adequate surcharges.
Because of the safety reasons, the User has to inform us enough time before the booking starts about the fact if children will also be transported. If yes, then we need information regarding at least the number and age of the abovementioned children. In some cases we might also ask how tall these children are and what is their weight, so that we could equip the limousine with a proper type of child seat for the time of the booking. It depends especially on the region where we provide our services.
iLimos.pl also reserves the right to refuse to carry animals if it has not been earlier agreed to with an additional, clear statement.
During the time when the service is provided all the guests on board and next to a vehilce must follow all of the law regulations (that are in force in the region where the service is provided) and commonly known, widely understood good manners. The User has to follow the instructions of the iLimos.pl representative. In case of an inappropriate behaviour, especially the one that might cause any hazard, if the User does not follow the iLimos.pl representative’s instructions, the service might be instantly terminated, while the total amount for the service booked still has to be paid.
Smoking in the limousine is always prohibited. If the User, or the guest brakes this rule, the User has to cover the cleaning expenses and compensate the loss caused by the time when the car is out of duty and any additional business loss that may occur if the car has already been contracted for a different booking, but because of the necessity of cleaning proces, the service cannot be provided with this car.
The consumption of anything that is illegal or could cause any damage (understood also as a stain or a smell) is prohibited. The rules concerning anti-smoking policy apply.
If iLimos.pl refuses to provide the service or its part because of any of the abovementioned reasons, where the blame does not lies with the iLimos.pl company (so for example the User has not correctly or clearly enough stated during asking for a Booking about the features of the luggage, animals, number, age of children or any other circumstances that may influence the way how the service should be provided), the User still has to cover the service cost to the full.
CANCELLATION, NO-SHOWS & CHANGES TO BOOKINGS
As far as the cancellation of a Transfer or Hourly service booking is concerned, it might be done without any surcharge up to 24 hours before the time when the service was booked to start. In case the booking is cancelled in less than 24 hours before the booking was arranged to start, the full price of the booking has to be covered by the User. The valid cancellation has to be sent by email to info@ilimos.pl. Ilimos.pl reserves the right to extend the „free cancellation period”, however it has to be clearly stated earlier-the latest in a Booking Confirmation sent to the User after receiving the Booking Request.
Changes to bookings might be treated as new bookings when applicable and then the cancellation policy might be in force.
Transfer service is treated as a no-show in case the User, or the guest, has not shown up in the place where the Booking was said to start and within 30 minutes after the pickup time (for airport pickups within 60 minutes). If the transfer is classified as a no-show, the User has to pay for the service in full. The User also looses then its entitlement to carry the booking.

BOOKINGS & RIDES-ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
Always, even during the time the service is provided, changes to the service might be made by the User, but only if an iLimos.pl representative confirms it is possible. This may, however, cause additional costs. If, for example an hourly service or a distance in a transfer service is lengthened, the extra part of a service will be newly calculated accordingly to the prices that are valid at the time of the service that is being provided.
If the hourly service is lengthened by more than 15 minutes, we charge a full extra hour.
If the distance or the duration of the service is shorter than booked earlier, the price remains at the same level.
Each transfer service includes free-15 minutes waiting time. There is an exception in case of transfers when the airport pickup time, which is also the time when the booking starts, is arranged accordingly to the given, by the User, flight number – it is 60 minutes of free waiting time then. If the flight number is given during the Booking proces, iLimos.pl monitors the real flight arrival time and in case when the plane is out of schedule we start counting the free waiting period from the time the plane lands. However, in the worst-case scenario, despite making the best efforts, iLimos.pl reserves the right to decline to provide the User with the service if the plane is out of schedule by a longer period of time.
If a waiting time exceeds an included free waiting time period, we charge the User by each begun waiting hour as for an hour in case of an hourly service.
Hourly Service booking includes 25 kilometres (around 15 miles) distance per each hour of disposal. Hourly kilometre allowance does not sum up, so for example if hourly service is booked for three hours, it does not mean that the car can drive 75km during one hour-it means that it can drive 25kilometres each hour. If the number of kilometres per hour is exceeded, it is a subject to surcharge.
FINAL PROVISIONS
These Terms & Conditions should be treated as the entire contract between the User and iLimos.pl. There might be some changes to the contract, but only if the User agrees to this before the Booking Confirmation. There might be different agreements between the cooperating parties, but they are valid only when clearly stated by both parties.
Ilimos.pl reserves the right to make any changes to these Terms & Conditions. Notification of any changes is made by publishing the new Terms & Conditions on the website, in an e-mail message or any other iLimos.pl’s document. It there are any changes that are offered to the User after the Booking Request has been made, but before the Booking Confirmation has been sent by iLimos.pl, the Booking will not be subject to confirmation before iLimos.pl receives a clear statement that the changes to Terms & Conditions have been accepted by the User.
For all of the legal relationships between the User and iLimos.pl, the law of Poland is applicable. In case of any lawsuit, the jurisdiction is a place of jurisdiction of iLimos.pl’s headquarter.
In case if any any provisions of there Terms & Conditions would be proved as invalid, the rest of the provisions shall still be in effect. As far as the provisions that in such a situation would be theoretically not valid, the parties will try to replace the invalid provisions with the ones that are of the closest meaning and purpose of the original ones.
